2024/25 MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Bend Curling Club Membership registration and Dues payment will open on July 1st for returning (2023/24) members. Member Registration and Dues payment will be done through the Bend Curling Club website. These dues are for membership in the club only and are NOT a registration or payment for 2024/25 BCC Fall leagues. The registration and payment window for 2024/25 BCC Fall league registration will be open from August 1-15 for returning (2023/24) BCC members and from August 16 to when all leagues are full for non-2023/24 members (more info below).
BCC Membership dues are $75 for the 2024/25 season and will cover:

On-ice supplemental insurance through USCA*

The ability to substitute on a team at no additional cost when currently registered for league play, or at no cost if not currently registered for league play

Subscription to USA Curling's e-publication, US Curling News (starting each February)

Right to vote in BI*** elections

Ability to attend BCC social events

Note about league registration: The BCC Steering Committee will work hard to configure our leagues to meet club demands, focusing on making sure current (2023/24) BCC members have first priority to register and pay for the Fall league during the 2024/25 season. We will have enough ice time to accommodate all current (2023/24) BCC members if you register for Fall league play between August 1-15 (see information below), but if you attempt to register after August 16 you will not be guaranteed a place in the BCC Fall league. We anticipate that we may fill our Fall league play to capacity, so please make sure to have your team leader register your team for the Fall league when league registration opens. If you do not know who your team leader is, are not currently on a team or don't know if you're on a team, please contact the BCC Registrar before August 1 (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and he will help you with the league registration process.
Registration for our 2024/25 leagues will be open to current 2023/24 members from August 1-15. Again, all current (2023/24) BCC members please be ready to register for 2024/25 league play as a team or an individual by August 1.
League registration will open to all non-current (2023/24) members beginning August 16 (if there is space available) until all leagues have been filled.
Note about ice time: We have secured 2 sheets on Friday mornings for league play from 9:30am-11:30am, so if you have a flexible schedule there will be the opportunity for 16 people to curl on Friday mornings. We will also have our traditional ice time on Saturday nights from 8:30pm-11:30pm. The BCC Steering Committee would like to hear from all current members about configuring our 2024/25 leagues, so you will be sent a survey out for member input on options for 2024/25 league play on July 15. Feedback on league options will end on July 22, and a description of all available Fall leagues will be sent to current (2023/24) members on July 23- giving all current members one week (July 23-Aug 1) to decide which Fall league to play in before the registration window opens on Aug. 1
