This introduction to curling will teach you the basics: sliding, delivery of the rock, stick delivery, sweeping, game etiquette & basic strategy.
No equipment necessary! Bend Curling Club supplies all items you need. Simply bring a pair of clean indoor gym shoes, dress in layers, and you’ll be all set to go on the ice!

Bend Learn To Curl Details
LEARN TO CURL: If you have always wanted to try curling but have never had the opportunity, Bend Curling Club host opportunities during the 2026 Winter Session (Jan-March) for anyone who wants to learn about the wonderful sport of curling. During this 1.5-hour lesson you will be taught the fundamentals of curling that will give you a story to tell your friends and family (or maybe even launch you into a new activity!) Note: Registration for our Winter session Learn to Curls (Jan-March) is now full. Please visit our website in August for our LTC dates next season.
