LEARN TO CURL: If you have always wanted to try curling but have never had the opportunity, Bend Curling Club host opportunities during the Winter/Spring Session (Jan-March) for anyone who wants to learn about the wonderful sport of curling. Cost is $35 for a 1.5-hour lesson that will at the minimum give you a story to tell your friends and family, or maybe even launch you into a new activity! Note: Registration for our Winter session Learn to Curls (Jan-March) is now open. There are only 8 spaces available each week. Please click on the "Learn to Curl" button above or on the right side under 'Upcoming Events' for LTC information and registration details. Note: We only offer individual registrations for our LTCs. If you have more than one person to register you will need to register everyone as individuals.
HOW TO CURL IN A LEAGUE WITH BCC: If you would like to join us for league play, Bend Curling Club membership is required prior to signing up to curl in a BCC league (club dues and league fees are separate charges). You can become a BCC member by clicking on the 'Membership' button above. Once your membership has been approved, you will be eligible to sign up for a BCC league (separate process than club membership). You DO NOT need to be on a team in order to join our leagues, we will place you on a team if you do not have one already. NOTE: If you have never curled before or have not taken a Learn to Curl lesson but would like to join us in league play, we recommend you sign up for a Learn to Curl (LTC sign ups now available) before joining a league.
BCC LEAGUE PLAY: - Winter Session Leagues: The Winter Session of BCC league play will begin on Friday, Jan 9 for the Friday Brunch League or on Saturday, Jan 10 for the Saturday Night leagues. The Friday Brunch league will stay the same as the Fall Session format (4-5 teams), but we are returning to the league format we had last year for Saturday night leagues in the Winter session- Open League for people who want to curl in a casual format (and for all curlers who have less than 1 year of experience curling), and Comp League for people who want to curl in a more competitive format. Registration for Winter/Spring Session BCC leagues is now open. As of 12/28 there is only one (1) spot available in the Open League and three (3) spots available in the Comp League.
